PropTech is pleased to confirm that our NFT Staking Smart Contracts successfully transitioned from Stage 1 to Stage 2 in October 2025, following the milestone of 2 Million PTEK locked.
This transition occurred automatically on the blockchain, reinforcing the integrity and “Human-Free” nature of our decentralized infrastructure. While the member back-office did not immediately reflect this change in the UI, the Smart Contract has been operating accurately according to Stage 2 protocols since the transition.
Member Facilitation Program: We acknowledge that the delay in the back-office update may have led to differing expectations for rewards for members who joined during October, November, and December 2025. To honor our relationship with our community, PropTech Management has decided to voluntarily compensate the difference for the following packs purchased during that period:

If the PTEK price rises above the price at which you purchased your NFT product, the smart contract will automatically adjust the daily unlocking allowance % downward. This adjustment ensures that the total purchase amount plus any rewards are paid out within the designated unlocking period.
* If the PTEK price stays the same or lowers than the price at which you purchased your NFT staking pack then all the PTEK you staked plus the reward PTEK will be unlocked within the minimum unlocking period. If the PTEK price rises above the price at which you purchased your NFT product then all the PTEK you staked plus the reward PTEK will be unlocked as per the daily unlocking allowance %. The maximum unlocking period is 36 months.
